Pre-Producing & Upstream Link Control

A "0" defectiveness product is realized starting from ideal raw materials. LEDARRAY safeguard our displays' quality starting from raw materials suppliers. Stay in workshops since the beginning, our egineer staff is experienced to supervise the craftmanship, ensure selected materials be adopted to cabinet frame, modules bracket, work out timely error correction solution, ensure each output is fully qualified. 

Incomings Verification (IQC)

Qualified materials are the basis of a qualified output. LEDARRAY team guarrantee all materials incomings be inspected in factory. 

Prototype Crafting

Prototype crafting is the only way to define the parameter to the displays, such as the current, RGBW brightness, heat-conducting. It is also the scientific way to verify the quality and performance of the final completed display. Through our setup and commissioning to the prototype, we can inject the best visual gene to display. And only a quality passed prototype can step into the SOP.

1. The SMT workshop equipped with 12 SMT lines, including 2 RoHS standard SMT lines. 
2. Each SMT line is composed of 1_Auto-PCB Feeding Machine, 2_Auto-Solder Paste Printing Machine, 3_Auto-SPI Machine, 4_High-Speed SMT Machine, 5_Reflow Solder Machine. 6_AOI Machine.

Conformal coating brings excellent protection capability to PCB. It endows effective anti-moisture, anti-dust, anti-corrosion features to the module PCB and relative boards. A well-coated module PCB is the crucial assurance of reliability and long lifespan to a display.

Flow Supervision (IPQC)

The most important link that defines LED displays performance lies in SMT period. Highly automatic equipments leads to best reliability and uniformity. Our supervision staff safeguard it operating in right way. No defectiveness will be happened in SMT.

Waterproof Testing

1. A standard spray system, present all-around testing accordant with international protection standard.

2. Not a sample spot-check, but a 100% test to each cabinet. 

Full Display Aging Test

1. No less than 3 days aging test shall be done to the full display, including grayscale-shifting test, RGBW shifting test, Power on/off impact test, IC circuit test. 

2. Commissioning software parameter, work out the optimal visual performance, best color presenting, brilliant brightness.

Packing & Delivery

1. Treat each panel carefully, offer secure pacakge method.

2. Checking for each accessories, no one items missed, no quantity short.
